摘要 通过对非体育专业学生进行4周的高强度间歇训练,了解4周高强度间歇训练非体育专业学生心肺功能的变化特征及其应激反应,提出适应非体育专业学生心肺功能改善的模型,探讨改善非体育专业学生心肺功能的方法。
