摘要
自1987年8月至1991年6月,应用 GF-1管型消化道吻合器施行食管癌、贲门癌切除,食管胃吻合术共92例(食管癌42例,贲门癌50例).术后发生吻合口瘘1例,无吻合口狭窄.本文对应用管型消化道吻合器术后并发症较少等问题进行讨论,认为此法在临床上有实用价值.
From August 1987 to June 1991,esophagogastrectomy was performed in 93 cases for their carcinoma of the esophagus(42)or cardia(50)by using the stapling device for anastomosis.Among the 92 patients there was 1 anastomotic leak,no postoperative anastomotic stricture,and no death within 30 days of resection.We concluded that clinical ap- plication of the GF-1 circular stapler device is a safe and reliable method.
