2019年中央一号文件:加强'一带一路'农业国际合作No.1 Central Document 2019:enhancing agricultural cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road 2月19日,《中共中央国务院关于坚持农业农村优先发展做好'三农'工作的若干意见》对外公布,全文1.1万余字,包括八个部分。这是中央一号文件连续16年聚焦'三农',同时也是连续5年提及'一带一路'。

On February 19,Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Prioritizing the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas to Address the Issues Relating to Agriculture,Rural Areas and Rural People(dubbed the“No.1 Central Document”for it is the first policy document released by the two authorities in 2019)was issued.With over 11,000 Chinese characters and eight parts,this document marks the 16th consecutive year that the No.1 Central Document has prioritized the issues relating to agriculture.
