满都拉口岸国际铁路通道建设的必要性研究

摘要 新建满都拉口岸国际铁路通道自我国包满铁路满都拉站引出,向北行至蒙古国境内珠恩巴音站,线路全长约244km,是一条以货为主,兼顾客运的铁路。文章从国家'一带一路'发展建设、完善路网结构、促进地区经济发展、节约资源、保护环境、盘活既有铁路资产等方面进行分析,研究了本项目的建设对推动中蒙俄经济贸易往来、人民之间友好交往和跨境文化旅游的繁荣发展有着重要作用,阐述加快建设满都拉口岸国际铁路通道的必要性,并提出推动满都拉口岸国际铁路通道建设的建议。 The Mandula Port International Railway Passage starts at the Mandula Station of China’s Baotou-Mandula Railway and runs northward to Zuunbayan Station in Mongolia. Stretching about 244 km, it is a railway primarily for freight transport and also for passengers. Through the analysis from the perspective of promoting the Belt and Road Initiative, upgrading road networks, boosting regional economic growth, saving resources, protecting the environment, and activating existing railway assets, this paper studies the important role of the railway project in promoting economic and trade exchanges, people-to-people exchanges and the prosperity and development of cross-border cultural tourism between China, Mongolia and Russia. It also expounds the necessity of speeding up the construction of the international railway passage at Mandula Port, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction.
