Flanker任务诱发中枢疲劳的神经递质机制研究——基于ET技术

摘要 目的:基于脑波超慢涨落技术(ET)探讨Flanker任务诱发中枢疲劳的机制。方法:以38名宁波大学运动系本科学生为被试,45 min Flanker操作任务为自变量,ET指标、行为学数据(包括正确率和反应时)、心率变异指标(HRV)为因变量。比较实验组(进行45 min flanker任务,n=19)和对照组(不进行flanker任务只静坐45 min,n=19)实验前后的差异,探讨Flanker任务是否能诱导出中枢疲劳及S谱系的变化。结果:①实验组的正确率(P<0.01)和反应时(P<0.05,P<0.01)在实验中不同时段(0~15 min、15~30min、30~45 min)均持续显著降低;②与实验前比,实验组在实验后的R-R间期标准差(SDNN)和相邻RR间期差均方根(RMSSD)显著升高(P<0.05),对照组则在实验前后无显著性变化(P>0.05);实验前两组的SDNN之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在实验后实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);③与实验前比,实验组在实验后的高频段功率值(HF)显著下降(P<0.05),对照组则在实验前后间无显著性变化(P>0.05);低频段功率值(LF)、LF/HF在各组组内实验前后和两组间均不存在显著差异(P>0.05);④对照组S4系(代表5-羟色胺)在实验前后无显著性变化(P>0.05),但实验后实验组的S4系不仅显著高于实验前(P<0.01),而且显著高于实验后的对照组(P<0.01);与各自组实验前比,实验组和对照组S6系(代表强兴奋递质)均显著降低(P<0.05),但无论是实验前还是实验后,两组S6系之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);其他S谱系在各组组内前后和两组之间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);⑤实验组完成45 min Flanker任务后的S4指标与反应时呈中度正相关(r=0.569,P<0.05),与HRV中的RMSSD(r=0.496,P<0.05)和HF(r=0.550,P<0.05)呈中度正相关。结论:45 min Flanker任务可以诱发中枢疲劳;45 min Flanker任务诱发的中枢疲劳与S4升高有关。 Objective To explore the mechanism of the central fatigue induced by Flanker tasks based on encephalofluctuogram technology(ET).Methods Thirty-eight undergraduates from Ningbo University were chosen and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=19)and a control group(n=19).The experimental group completed the 45 min Flanker task,while the control sat quietly for 45 minutes.The 45 min Flanker task was used as an independent variable in this experiment,while the ET,behavior data(including the accuracy rate and reaction time)and heart rate variability(HRV)were regarded as dependent variables.All the dependent variables were observed and compared before and after the intervention,and analysis was conducted to examine whether the Flanker task can induce the central fatigue and changes in the S-lineage.Results There was a significant decrease in the accuracy rate(P<0.01)and reaction time(P<0.05,P<0.01)of the experimental group during the45 min Flanker task.Compared with before the intervention,there was a significant increase in the standard deviation of NN intervals(SDNN)and root-mean-square of difference-value of adjacent RR interval(RMSSD)of the experimental group,but not in the control group.No significant differences were observed in SDNN between the two groups before the experiment(P>0.05),but after the experiment,the SDNN of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The high-frequency power values(HF)of the experimental group decreased significantly after the experiment(P<0.05),while no significant changes were observed in the control group(P>0.05).Moreover,there were no significant differences in the low-frequency power values(LF)and LF/HF either between the two groups or before and after the intervention(P>0.05).No significant changes were found in the S4 lineage(5-hydroxytryptamine)of the control group after the experiment(P>0.05).However,after the experiment,the S4 lineage of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group and that before the experiment(P<0.01).The S6 lineage(the excitatory transmitter)decreased significantly after the experiment in both groups(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the S6 lineage between the two groups before and after the intervention(P>0.05).No significant differences were observed in the other S-lineage either before and after the intervention or between the two groups.There was a medium-level positive correlation between the S4 lineage and the reaction time(r=0.569,P<0.05),RMSSD(r=0.496,P<0.05)and HF(r=0.550,P<0.05)after the experimental group finished the 45 min Flanker task.Conclusion The central fatigue can be induced by45 min Flanker task,which is related to the increase of S4.
