全麻膝关节镜术后沙滩椅半卧体位患者安全性与舒适性的随机对照研究

The Randomized Comparative Study of the Safety and Comfortability of Patients with a Semireclining Posture on Beach Chairs after Knee Arthroscopic Surgery under General Anesthesia

目的:观察比较全麻膝关节镜术后沙滩椅半卧体位与传统去枕平卧的安全性与舒适性。方法:100例接受全麻膝关节镜手术的患者,随机分为术后去枕平卧6小时的对照组和采取沙滩椅半卧体位的实验组,每组50例。记录并评估返回病房6小时内患者的生命体征、肩颈腰部酸痛、呕吐发生率以及患者切口疼痛程度等指标。结果:实验组与对照组在6小时后生命体征与呕吐发生率无明显差异。实验组肩颈酸痛、腰部酸痛发生率较对照组明显降低。实验组切口疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻。结论:全麻膝关节镜手术患者术后返回病房后,采取沙滩椅半卧体位有助于减轻术后疼痛,增加患者舒适度,并且没有以往担忧的呕吐导致的安全隐患。

Objectives To compare the safety and comfortability between patients adopting a semireclining posture and the traditional supine position without pillow after knee arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia.Methods One hundred patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia were enrolled and randomly assigned to either an intervention group or a control group.The control group was asked to maintain a traditional supine position without a pillow for 6 hours,while the intervention group maintained a semireclining posture on a beach chair.Patients’vital signs,the incidence of vomiting,as well as the neck,back and incision pain were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in vital signs and the incidence of vomiting.The intervention group had a significantly lower incidence of the neck and back pain than the control group.The pain in the incision of the intervention group was significantly relieved compared with the control group.Conclusions Adopting a semireclining posture on the beach chair after the knee arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia can relieve postoperative pain and improve comfortabitily of patients,without increasing their risk of vomiting.
