薄板、蛀洞与霉变:建设丝绸之路经济带的挑战前瞻——中亚视角

The Thin Barrel Stave,Moth Hole and Mildew: Prospect of the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt——The Perspective of Central Asia

重启古丝绸之路、建设丝绸之路经济带,需要关注中亚五国国内状况以及中亚地区恐怖主义。本文借助木桶模型,同时引入"薄板"、"蛀洞"和"霉变"三个概念,论述中亚五国国内状况以及中亚地区恐怖主义将会对丝绸之路经济带的建设带来的影响。本文认为,中亚诸国的国内状况的不稳定性以及该区域和区域周边的恐怖主义就像木桶上的薄板、蛀洞和霉变一样,终将威胁到木桶即丝绸之路经济带的稳定性。

To reboot the ancient Silk Road and construct the Silk Road Economic Belt( SREB),we should pay our attention to the domestic conditions and terrorism in Central Asia which,as the thesis argues,have a fundamental influence on the SREB construction.This paper adopts the Barrel Model,together with three concepts: the thin barrel stave,the moth hole and the mildew,to discuss what will be the influence of domestic conditions and terrorism in Central Asia on weaving SREB. The paper holds the ground that the unstable domestic conditions of the countries in Central Asia and the terrorism in and around CentralAsia are the same as the thin barrel staves,the moth holes and the mildew on the barrel,namely the SREB,which will ultimately impose threats on the stability of the SREB.
