The alliance has long been studied in the field of international relations. As the characteristic of antagonism weakened,the activity of alliance reduced after the ColdWar,and people are paying more and more attention to the strategic partnership. Both of them has some connections,but has some differences on the connotation,background,function etc. Because of the relevant to current international relations,the discussion on the relations between alliance and strategic partnership is helpful to grasp the trend of development on international relations.
