摘要
"一带一路"对中缅两国战略意义重大,自"一带一路"在缅对接以来,在缅甸政府及民众的支持与配合下,缅甸经济快速发展,两国人文交流日益密切。但受域外大国介入、缅甸国家治理能力偏弱、中国企业在缅负面新闻较多等因素的影响,"一带一路"在缅推进面临一些挑战。为了"一带一路"在缅落地生根,我国应该加大对缅战略投入,以合作治理的理念来改善缅甸的投资环境。
OBOR has a very important significance for both China and Myanmar which has been successfully implemented in Myanmar. Since the cooperation initiative implemented in Myanmar,the rapid economic development,Sino-Myanmar's People-to-people and cultural exchanges are increasingly close under with Myanmar government and people's support. But extraterritorial power intervention,Myanmar weak state governance ability,more Chinese enterprises' negative news in Myanmar and so on,which bring Cooperation under OBOR Initiative some challenges. China should increase strategic investment,andimprove the investment environment of Myanmar with the concept of cooperative governance,increase investment in research on Myanma.
