“一带一路”倡议下中泰农产品贸易合作发展的演进、问题与前景

The Evolution,Problems and Prospect of the Development of Agricultural Trade Cooperation between China and Thailand under the Proposal of “One Belt One Road”

自1975年中泰两国正式建交以来,两国政治关系友好、人文交流频繁,"中泰一家亲"深入人心。中泰双边经贸合作发展突飞猛进、成果丰硕,成为了两国亲密友好关系的重要"纽带"与物质基础。2001-2017年中泰双边农产品贸易合作卓有成效、规模增扩、地位攀升,泰国长期作为中国与东盟农产品贸易合作的"领头羊",贸易关联度高,交集广、互补性强、优势显著;但近年来中泰双边农产品贸易中存在着增势放缓、品类集中、附加值低、层次低下、关联度趋弱、泰方政治频仍干扰等问题。新时期,"一带一路"倡议为中泰双边农产品贸易合作进一步发展创造了新机遇、新平台,中泰两国应增进政治互信,秉持互利共赢合作理念,坚持"共商、共建、共享"原则,务实推进中泰两国农业领域"五通建设",实现双边农产品贸易合作更好更快发展,以更好地惠及两国人民利益,并携手构筑更紧密的"中泰利益与命运共同体"。

Since 1975,China and Thailand officially established diplomatic relations,the political relationship between two countries is friendly,cultural exchanges are frequent,and"China and Thailand being the members of one family"has enjoyed popular support.The bilateral economic cooperation and development between China and Thailand advances rapidly and is fruitful,which has become the important tie and material basis of close and friendly relations between two countries.From 2001 to 2017 the trade cooperation of agricultural products between China and Thailand was quite fruitful with the scale enlarged,and the position rising.Thailand is the"bellwether"in the trade cooperation of agricultural products between China and ASEAN with high trade correlations,wide intersection,strong complementarities and obvious advantages.However,in recent years,there are problems such as slow growth,concentrated species,low value added,low levels,weak relevancy,unstable political environment in Thailand and so on.Under the new period,the proposal"One Belt,One Road"provides new opportunities and platforms for the further development of agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Thailand.China and Thailand should enhance mutual political trust,hold the cooperative idea of mutual benefits and win-win,stick to the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration,push the construction of"Wu tong"in agricultural areas,and realize the better and rapider development of bilateral agricultural products trade cooperation so as to benefit people of two countries and build a closer community of common interest and destiny of China and Thailand.
