摘要
利用针孔相机和双狭缝相机对“星光”装置的透反射式聚焦系统打靶焦线作了监测现场引导激光器件参数的调整,并用Ne-likeGe的出光情况对功率密度作了检验。实验中,为了确保双狭缝相机的图像不失真,引入了波罗棱镜作光束的平移元件。结果表明,新聚焦系统提供的焦线宽度能够满足X射线激光的实验要求,但轴向的均匀性不够理想。
Using a pinhole camera and a double-slit camera, we mohitoredthe focus line of the transmission-reflected focus system of “Xingguang” facility,leaded to on-site modify the parametels of the laser facility,and checked the driving laser power with Ne-like Ge lasing lines. In the experiment, we introduced a POLO prism as an element to parallelly move a light beam. The experimental results showed that the focus line width could basically satisfied the requirements of XRL experi-ments,but the homogenity along the length was not so ideal.
