摘要
本文研究了用微波双参数法测量粉状材料湿度的新方法,这是一种与密度无关的方法。粉状样品放在一段波导中构成了有耗双口网络。把样品密度的变化等效为电长度的改变,按传输波法用自动测量线测出双参数——衰减和相位,进行回归处理得到了一条表征回归半径R和粉状材料湿度m的一一对应关系的校正曲线。作为例子,本文给出了石英砂测湿的详细实验结果。
A density independent dual parameter method for measuring moisture of powder materials at microwave frequeacies was studied. The test Sample constitutes from a section of waveguide filled with the powder material undertest. The sample can be modeled as a two—port lossy network. The density uariation of the sample is equivalent to the electric length variation of the sample. Using automatic Slotted line system, the dual parameter of attenuation and phase shift were measured. After circular reqression one can got the Calibration Curve to reftect the relationship between material characteristic and the radius of the regression circle. An example for measuring moisture content of quartz sands is described in detail.
