摘要
利用微波能在高温下焊接陶瓷,是近年来迅速发展的一门新技术。微波焊接具有接头强度高、升温速度快、局部加热、易于控制温度等优点。本焊接系统磁控管工作频率为2.45GHz,可调节谐振窗大小、短路活塞位置及功率来保持最佳加热功率。本微波焊接系统成功地实现了对Al_2O_3/Al_2O_3的直接焊接,从接头处的扫描电镜(SEM)照片上已无法区分焊接前后的显微结构,这在国内尚属首次。
A new butt joining method of ceramics by microwave heating was rapidly developed recently. Microwave joining has advantages such as high joining strength, rapid, local heating and precise temperature control. A magnetron at 2.45 GHz was used as the power generator. The heating system can control an iris, a plunger and the microwave power to maintain the optimal heating power. The system was applied to alumina-alumina direct joining and there is little difference in microstructure before and after joining. It is believed that this is the first trial done in China.
