分别采用ＥＤＴＡ滴定法和等离子体发射光谱法测定了密陀僧中主成分氧化铅和１８种微量元素的含量．本文可作为临床用药的参考．

In this paper.lead oxide and 18 kinds of trace elements in lithargyrum were determined by iteration with EDTA and ICP-AES method respectively.This paper provides a reference for use of Lithargyrum in clinical practice.
