108例甲状腺功能障碍患者全血9种元素相关性研究

Analysis of the Relationship on Contents of 9 Kinds of Trace Elements in Whole Blood of 108 Cases of Disthyroidism Patients

通过原子吸收光谱技术对６８例治疗前甲亢病人（Ａ组），３５例治疗后甲亢病人（Ｂ组），５例甲减病人（Ｃ组）及７４例正常人（Ｄ组）全血多种微量元素测定分析，结果显示：Ｄ组Ｃｕ与Ａｌ，Ｍｇ与Ｍｎ正相关．Ａｌ与Ｚｎ、Ｓｅ负相关；Ａ组Ｆｅ与Ｚｎ、Ｃａ，Ｃａ与ＴＴ４，Ｃｕ与Ｍｎ正相关，ＴＴ与Ｚｎ、Ｃｒ负相关。Ｂ组Ｆｅ与Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｇ，Ｚｎ与Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ，Ｍｇ与Ｃａ、Ｓｅ．Ｓｅ与ＴＴ３正相关。

A determinetion of trace elements in the vein blood of 68 cases of hyperthyroidism patients before theropy (A group). 35 cases of hyperthyroidism patient after theropy (B group). 5 cases of hypothyroidism patients(C group) and 74 cases normal people (D group) was made by atomic absorption spectrometry.The result shown Fe and Zn. Ca. Cu and TT4. Cu and Mn in group A positive correlation, TT3 and Zn, Cr in group B negative correlation. Fe and Zn, Cu. Mg. Zn and Cu, Mn, Mg and Ca. Se. Se and TT3 in group D positive correlation. Al and Zn, Se negative correlation.
