塞曼原子吸收光谱法测定母乳牛奶中铜锌铁钙镁

Determination of Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg Elements in Mother Milk and Milk by ZAAS

为了正确评价母乳和牛奶中几种微量元素的营养价值，着重研究了样品前处理和仪器条件选择。结果发现采用浓ＨＮＯ３＋Ｈ２Ｏ２湿法消化样品，操作简单快速，ＲＳＤ＜７．５％，回收率９６．０％～１０５％．还列举了样品中五种元素含量范围。本法适宜大批临床样品测定。

For evaluating correctly nutritive value of these elements, this paper emphasized the sample pretreatment and selection of instrument conditions. Results show that using HNO3+H2O2 system to treat these samples, RSD<7.5%: recovery is 96.0%～105%: operation is simple, rapid and suitable for a great deal of samples' measurement.By the way, content range of samples'elements is arranged.
