乳腺癌与血清微量元素关系的分析

Analysis on Relationship Between Breast Cancer and Trace Elements

经临床、病理、放射或ＣＴ检查确诊的２２名乳腺癌患者，在放疗前后分析血清中Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ、Ｓｅ、Ｃｒ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ的含量．结果显示：１．乳腺癌患者与健康人比较Ｃｕ、Ｎｉ含量增加，而Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ含量减少；２．健康人锌与其他元素的比值与乳腺癌患者比较，Ｆｅ／Ｚｎ上升，而Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ下降，３．乳腺癌患者放疗后与放疗前比较，Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｓｅ、Ｃｏ含量降低，而Ｃｕ、Ｎｉ含量增加．因此放疗时要针对降低元素给予合理的补充．

The contents of Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Se,Cr,Co and Ni in the serum were analysed before and after radiotherapy among 22 patients with breast cancer who had been diagnosed by clinical examinations, pathology.x-ray and CT.The results indicated that:1.The contents of Cu and Ni are increased, as compared with that of the health persons, while that of Fe and Zn reduced.2.The ratio value of Fe/Zn is raised, as compared with Zn and other elements in the health persons and the patients with breast cancer.while that of Cu/Zn reduced.3.The contents of Zn,Fe,Se,and Co are reduced, as compared with before and after radiotherapy,while Cu and Ni are increased.It is, therefore,suggested that the reduced elements be added reasonablly during the radiotherapy.
