摘要
报告了鹰潭市３６种地方产冷饮食品中微量元素铅、砷、铜的监测结果．冷饮食品大多含酸量较高，易造成有害金属铅、铜及非金属碎的污染，危害健康．监测结果显示，在这些冷饮中检出了铅、砷、铜，但都符合国家ＧＢ２７５９冷饮食品卫生标准，且远低于所规定的上限标准，表明质量控制很有成效。关键词：
This is to report the monitoring result of trace elements Ph. As.
