美国多元智能理论的实践经验及其对我们的启示 被引量:2

Practical Experience of Multiple Intelligence Theory in America and Its Inspirations for China

摘要 美国学者对美国40多所多元智能理论实践学校的调查表明,多元智能理论指导下的学校积累了六方面经验,即拥有共同的团队文化和教育理念、提倡个性化的教师学习、鼓励交流与合作、重视艺术教育、引导儿童自主选择、注重儿童全面发展。我国幼儿园应在这六方面下功夫,以真正发挥多元智能理论的指导作用,促进儿童全面健康发展。 Based on the investigations of 40 American schools where multiple intelligence theory are practiced,the researcher concluded their experience in 6 aspects:possessing shared community culture and education conceptions,advocating individualized teacher learning,encouraging communication and cooperation,attaching importance to art education,guiding children’s autonomous choice and emphasizing children’s all-round development. We should learn from their experience and make efforts to make the instructive role of multiple intelligence theory into full play so as to accelerate children’s all-round development.
