摘要
研究者对团体学习背景下幼儿园知识管理的现状进行了调查。结果表明,绝大多数幼儿园无意识地执行着知识管理。但由于缺乏必要的管理意识和适宜的管理策略,幼儿园知识管理的效力普遍比较低下。树立全新的知识管理理念,加强知识管理理论的学习和运用,是提高幼儿园团体学习效率、提升园本教研质量的新视角和新途径。
The researcher made an investigation of knowledge management under the background of community learning in kindergarten. The findings show that most kindergartens are executing knowledge management without realizing it. However,due to the lack of necessary awareness and proper strategies,the efficiency is generally low. To accelerate the community learning efficiency and promote the quality of kindergarten-oriented teaching and research,the establishment of fresh knowledge management ideas and the enhancement of theory learning and application are the new prospects and new approaches.
