摘要
园本教研是教师专业发展的重要途径,有效的园本教研需要制度、组织等方面的保障。从实践操作层面上说,园本教研的实效与教研主持人密不可分,主持人是教研活动的筹划者、组织者、导引者、总结者。目前园本教研主持人存在一些问题,需要从各个方面提高自己的素质,尤其需要能对教研主题作出筛选和把握,能根据教研类型选择适宜的教研方式,在教研现场与教师有效互动,并能引领教师进行深入思考和讨论,对教研活动进行恰当总结和提升。
Kindergarten-based teaching research is an important approach to teacher’s professional development. Effective teaching research requires system,organization and culture guarantee. Practically,the efficiency of teaching research is closely related to the chief researcher,who is the planner,the organizer,the guide and the summarizer. At present problems exist in this aspect,and the chief researcher needs to improve his qualifications in every possible way to enable himself to choose and grasp the theme,to choose proper methods according to the research type,to induce effective interactivity in research and to lead teachers to reflect and discuss and to summarize and upgrade the research.
