摘要 宽容作为幼儿园教师的一种品质,就其实质而言,是在师幼人格平等的基础上,教师对幼儿所表现出来的一切方面特别是成人看来很"异己"很"出格"的方面的接纳、包容和尊重。幼儿教育需要宽容,首先是因为幼儿教育特别需要正确认识和包容幼儿的"错误",还因为幼儿教育需要纵情发展孩子的天性。宽容品质的修炼需要幼儿园教师深化对幼儿、自身、世界差异性的认识。 Lenience as a quality of preschool teachers,is the acceptance,tolerance and respect that the teacher show to children’ s behaviors including some "dissident" and "unusual" ones on the basis of equality between teacher and child. Lenience is needed in preschool education since preschool education needs a correct understanding and tolerance of children’s "errors" as well as the indulgent development of children’s nature. Training in lenience requires teacher’s better understanding of children,self and the varieties of the world.
