摘要
本研究参照《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》,从专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力三个维度十四个分维度设计问卷,通过问卷调查和访谈,调查J省208名应届学前教育专业本科毕业生的入职准备现状,并据此对高校优化学前教育专业人才培养方案等提出建议。
Referring to the Kindergarten Teachers’Professional Standards(Trial Implementation),the author investigated the entry readiness of 208 fresh graduates majoring in preschool education in J Province through questionnaire and interviews which includes 3 dimensions and 14 sub-dimensions.Based on the investigation results,the author put forward some suggestions for optimizing curriculum for preschool education major in colleges.
