家庭日托是许多澳大利亚家庭选择的托育服务形式。本文对澳大利亚家庭日托的理念与目标、服务内容、教育者、政府支持、监督与管理等进行介绍。建议我国将家庭日托纳入公共服务体系,建立健全家庭日托管理体系,出台家庭日托的相关政策法规,提升托育服务人员的专业素养。

Family day care is the day care service that many Australian families choose.This paper introduces this service’s ideas and goals,contents,educators,support from government,monitor and administration.It is suggested that China should bring family day care into public service system,establish family day care administration system,make related policies and rules,and improve the qualities of the professionals of day care services.
