摘要
美国HIPPY、PAT、NFP家访项目极大地改善了处境不利学前儿童及其家庭的发展状况。借鉴美国学前儿童家访项目的经验,我们应转变家访人员的服务理念,建立专业的家访人员队伍,完善政府的监督与管理,加强家访项目的实证研究。
American HIPPY,PAT,and NFP home visiting programs greatly improved the situation of disadvantaged preschool youngsters and their families.Learning American experiences,we should change home visitors’concept and establish a team of professional home visitors,improve governments’monitoring and management,and strengthen empirical studies on home visiting program.
