摘要 探讨孕期胎儿颅脑MR检查技术及胎儿颅脑各解剖结构在MR图像上的显示情况。材料和方法:使用0.35T磁共振成像仪对44位孕妇进行MR成像,观察检查前使用与未用镇静剂组的MR图像,分析其图像伪影改善情况以及胎儿颅脑诸结构在不同MR层面上的显示率等。结果:孕妇检查前静脉注射小剂量安定(5~10mg)及腹带固定可限制胎儿运动,减弱母体呼吸运动,使胎儿MR图像清晰。研究其中42例正常胎儿颅脑的形态结构及信号变化,发现MR对显示大脑半球、小脑、脑干、侧脑室、眼球等具有较高的显示率(≥74%)。结论:小剂量镇静剂的应用能改善MR图像质量,产前行MR检查可获得胎儿颅脑内的细微结构图像,对观察研究胎儿颅脑的生长发育有重要作用。 Purpose:Deducing MRI technique of the fetal craniocerebral and demon stration situation of fetal craniocerebral sturctures on MR imaging.Materials and Methods: Forty-four pregnant women were imaged with MRI at 0.35T. Improvement of MR Imaging artifact with and without sedative before MR scan were analysesed. Demonstration rate of fetal craniocerebral structures on different section of MRI were also studied. Result: After injecting small doses transquilizer and using abdominal belt for pregnent women, fetal movement and maternal respiratory movement were limited the clear MR imaging of fetal were obtained. Evaluation of the forms and signal intensity changes of 42 cases normal fetal craniocerebral structures showed higher demonstration rate in displaying the cerebral, crebellum, brain stems, lateral ventricle, eye ball etc (≥74%). Conclusion:The quility of MR imaging was improved with small sedative. It is important useful for MRI to obtain the fetal craniocerebral in detail before labour in investigating the fetal craniocerebral development.
