摘要
目的:研究星形细胞瘤动态CT表现与DNA含量之间的相关性。材料和方法:对32例星形细胞瘤动态CT表现与流式细胞术结果作对照研究。结果:动态CT各参数分析显示,TBRL值、HUp值与S期细胞呈明显相关(P<0.01),TBRL、值、HUp值、HUL-F值及1分钟清除率与增殖指数、S期细胞比例相关(P<0.05)。随着TBRL值、HUp值等的升高,其相应的增殖指数、S期细胞比例亦增高。结论:动态CT扫描不仅能在术前对星形细胞瘤的病理作出预测,对肿瘤DNA含量亦能作出有价值的评估,对临床治疗计划的制定、放、化疗敏感性的判断、病人预后估价都是十分有益的。
Purpose: To study correlation of dynamic CT features with DNA content in astrocytoma. Materials and Methods: A correlative analysis of dynamic CT features with result of flow cytometry in 32 cases of astrocytoma. Results:The CT features showed that TBRL and HUp were positively correlated to the ratio of S-phase cells(P<0.01).TBR,HUp,HUL-F and the clearing rate of contrast medium per minute were correlated with the rate of cellular proliferation and the ratio of S-phase cells(P< 0.05). Conclusion: The dynamically-observed CT features are valuable not only to predict the pathological grading of astrocytoma, but also to assess its nuclear DNA content before an operation is performed. So, CT scanning for astrocytoma is very useful in the planning of a therapeutic schedule, the assessment of the sensitivity of the tumor to chemotherapeutic agents and the prognosis of the patient.
