摘要 本文报导了氢醌(HQ)生产厂HQ的接触水平以及对工人健康的影响。车间空气中HQ的平均几何浓度为0.293mg/m3,TWA为0.247mg/m3,随工艺流程的不同各生产工段空气中HQ浓度不一,以包装工段最高。接触工人呼吸道刺激症状增加,视力和肺功能与对照组相比略有降低,而肝、肾、造血功能无异常改变。 The exposure levels of HQ(hydroquinone) and health effects of HQ on exposed workers in HQ marufactouy were investigated,The geometric me an of air concentrations in workshops was 0.293 mg/m3 with a range from 0.112~5.770 mg/m3,TWA was 0.247mg/m3, The air conceatration of HQ was different in various areas of workshops.The highest concentration was detected in the package area.21 workers(12 males and 9 females)employed at HQ manufactory were selected as exposed group,25 workers(14 males and 11 females)not expose d to chemicals in other manufactory were exami ned as a control group Two groups were matches in sex,age,smoking and drinking hobbies and other characterics.All subjects received an extensive medical examination including questionnaires,cliniacl examinations and laboratory testes, The results of medical examinations demonstrates that the irritative symptoms of respiratory tracts increased in exposed workere, vision and pulmenary functions were slightly lower than that in the control group, kidn ey, lvier and hemopoiesis functions were no sig nificantly different hetween two groups.
