1979～1991年广东学生生长发育水平的变化

Alteration on Body Growth and Development of Primary and Middle School Students in Guangdong Province from 1979 to 1991

根据广东省１９７９年，１９８５年和１９９１年开展的中小学生生长发育调查数据，比较分析了中小学生生长发育变化状况。１９９１年广东省中小学生发育总体水平比１９７９年有明显提高，特别是青春发育期增长变化最大，男生形态发育均值和增长最大值始终大于女生，且这种差异随年代推移而增大。但每ｃｍ身高的相应体重却在减少，趋于瘦长型；目前广东省中小学生生长发育仍存在增长的长期趋势，但近５年的资料显示增长速度已在减慢。

The state of body growth and development in primary and middle school students was andlysed by comparing the survey data in Guangdog Provinc in 1979, 1985, and 1991.The total level of growth and development rate of primary and middle school students in Guangdong provice in 1991 is significantly higher than that in 1979, the biggest change happens in adolescence.The mean value of morphological development and the maximal value of increase in boys are always greater than those in girls and the difference is more obviouse in recent years, but the body weight/stature (cm) reduces, the body morphology tends to be tall and thin. The body growth and development rate of primary and middle school students in Guangdong province will be increasing with time, but the rate of increase slows down in the last five years.
