内江市4所中学中学生视力调查分析

Vision Examination in Students of Four Middle Schools in Neijiang City

目的了解内江市中学生视力不良状况,分析视力不良的影响因素。方法采用国际标准对数视力表,按照《中国学生体质健康调查研究》手册中视力检查方法进行,对内江市4所中学15 703名中学生进行视力检查,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果内江市中学生视力不良检出率为74.95%;4所中学中重点中学学生视力不良率(79.26%)明显高于普通中学(48.24%),差异有统计学意义;高中生视力不良率(81.07%)明显高于初中生(69.50%),差异有统计学意义;女生视力不良率(81.30%)明显高于男生视力不良率(68.73%),差异有统计学意义。结论内江市中学生视力不良状况较严峻,应采取综合防近的措施。

Objective To investigate the status of poor vision among middle school students in Neijiang city and to analyze associated factors.Methods With international standard logarithmic visual testing chart and the method employed in Chinese Student Physical Health Survey Manual Visual Inspection,visual acuity examination was conducted in 15 703 middle school students of four middle schools in Neijiang,the data of which were statistically analyzed with SPSS17.0.Results The overall poor vision rate was74.95%and the rate in in key middle school students(79.26%)was statistically higher than that of ordinary middle school(48.24%).Rate of poor vision in senior high school students(81.07%)was statistically higher than that in the junior high school students(69.50%).The rate of poor vision in girls(81.30%)was statistically higher than that in boys(68.73%).Conclusion The situation of poor vision in middle school students in Nei jiang is severe and thus comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and control poor vision.
