四川省凉山彝族自发迁居移民艾滋病宣教项目效果分析

Effect Analysis of AIDS Education Project Among Liangshan Yi Spontaneous Immigrants in Sichuan Province

目的评价四川省凉山彝族自发迁居移民艾滋病宣教项目效果,为扩大四川省凉山彝族自发迁居移民艾滋病宣教覆盖面提供依据。方法在2013年国家艾滋病防治社会动员项目的支持下,社会组织对凉山彝族自发迁居移民实施为期8个月的艾滋病宣传项目,并在项目实施前、后对其开展艾滋病相关知识知晓率调查。结果项目前、后,凉山彝族自发迁居移民最近1年接受过宣教措施的比例分别为91.0%和100.0%,艾滋病相关知识知晓率分别为70.0%和88.0%,差异均有统计学意义。结论社会组织实施的凉山彝族自发迁居移民艾滋病宣教项目具有针对性和有效性,应扩大艾滋病宣教覆盖面。

Objective To evaluate the effect of AIDS education project among the Liangshan Yi spontaneous immigrants and to provide the basis for expanding the coverage of AIDS education among similar populations in Sichuan province. Methods Supported by the national AIDS prevention social mobilization project in 2013,the social organization carried out the AIDS education project among the Liangshan Yi spontaneous immigrants for 8months and investigated the rates of AIDS knowledge awareness before and after the project. Results The proportion of those received AIDS education among the Liangshan Yi spontaneous immigrants were 91. 0%,100. 0% before and after the project,and the AIDS knowledge awareness rates were 70. 0% and 88. 0% before and after the project,both showing a statistical difference. Conclusion The AIDS education project among the Liangshan Yi spontaneous immigrants carried out by the social organization is pertinent and effective. The coverage of AIDS education should be futher expanded.
