一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病流行病学资料分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Epidemiological Data of a Food Borne Disease Outbreak Caused by Vibrio Parahemolyticus

摘要 目的分析北京市某度假村1起食源性疾病的流行病学特征、暴发原因,找出致病因子。方法用统一的食源性疾病个案调查表获取资料,采用描述性流行病学方法,结合临床特征、检验结果,流行病学史进行分析。结果 15例患者有共同的暴露进餐史、临床症状相似:以腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐、发热等症状为主;在4例患者粪便中检测出副溶血性弧菌。PCR检测结果显示4株副溶血性弧菌均携带tdh基因。结论该事件为一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病暴发事件。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and the cause of the outbreak of a food borne disease in a holiday resort in Miyun District of Beijing City. Methods The data were obtained using an unified food borne disease case questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method,with clinical features,laboratory results and epidemiological history taken into account. Results 15 patients had a common history of exposure. The clinical symptoms were similar,including abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,fever and other symptoms. PCR detection results showed that 4 strains of Vibrio parahemolyticus were all carrying the TDH gene. Conclusion This is an outbreak of food borne disease caused by Vibrio parahemolyticus.
