成都市食品和公共场所从业人员肠道沙门菌带菌状况调查分析 被引量:10

Carrying of Intestinal Salmonella Among Practitioners in Catering Industry and Public Places in Chengdu

摘要 目的了解成都市食品和公共场所从业人员肠道沙门菌带菌状况,为加强卫生管理、防控肠道传染病提供科学依据。方法对2016-01/09成都市疾病预防控制中心15 613名食品和公共场所从业人员预防性健康检查肛拭样品中沙门菌的检出结果进行回顾性分析。结果检出沙门菌6株,共5个血清型,总检出率0.38‰;食品从业人员检出率0.35‰,公共场所从业人员检出率0.49‰,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性检出率0.29‰,女性检出率0.45‰,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论成都市食品和公共场所从业人员肠道沙门菌阳性携带率较低,但应考虑到从业人员体检前预防性用药及沙门菌传统检验方法检出率相对较低的因素;为防止食物中毒和肠道传染病的发生,应加强对食品、公共场所从业人员的肠道致病菌携带状况检查和卫生知识培训。 Objective To investigate the carrying status of intestinal salmonella among practitioners in the catering industry and public places in Chengdu and provide a scientific basis for strengthening the health management and controlling the intestinal infectious diseases. Methods The results of Salmonella detection in anus swab samples from 15,613 practitioners in the catering industry and public places examined in Chengdu Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2016 to September 2016 were analyzed. Results Six strains of Salmonella including five serotypes were found,and the total detection rate was 0. 38‰. The detection rates of Salmonella were 0. 35‰ and 0. 49‰ among practitioners in the catering industry and public places,respectively; there was no significant difference(P > 0. 05). The detection rates of Salmonella were 0. 29‰ and 0. 45‰in males and females,respectively; there was no significant difference(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The positive rate of intestinal Salmonella among practitioners in the catering industry and public places of Chengdu was low,but influencing factors should be considered such as prophylactic drug use before health examination and the lower detection rate of the traditional method for detection of Salmonella. It is important to strengthen the carrying status check of pathogenic enterobacteria and health knowledge training among practitioners in the catering industry and public places in order to prevent food poisoning and enteric infectious diseases.
