肠内营养支持在严重烧伤患者治疗中的作用调查

Enteral Nutrition Support in Patients With Severe Burns Treatment Research

目的探讨肠内营养支持对严重烧伤患者治疗中的应用价值。并针对患者情况给予相应的预防干预措施。方法选取220例严重烧伤患者作为本次研究对象,按数字奇偶法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各110例,观察组给予患者早期肠内营养支持,对照组给予肠外营养支持,对其营养状况进行调查,并采取相应的干预措施,比较两组患者治疗后的营养状况及并发症发生情况。结果对照组治疗后营养不良19例(17.27%),观察组7例(6.36%),观察组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后营养正常91例(82.73%),观察组103例(93.64%),观察组明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后并发症发生41例(37.27%),观察组19例(17.27%),观察组明显低于对照组,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对严重烧伤患者行肠内营养支持能够有效地改善患者的营养状况,有助于尽早康复。

Objective To investigate the application value of enteral nutrition support in the treatment of severe burn patients. And the corresponding prevention and intervention measures were given to the patients. Methods 220 cases of severe burn patients were selected,according to the number of parity,patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of them had 110 cases,observation group patients were given early enteral nutrition,the control group was given parenteral nutrition,investigated their nutritional status,and the nutritional status and complications were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results19 cases after treatment of control group were malnutrition(17. 27%),the observation group had 7 cases(6. 36%),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P < 0. 05); 91 cases recovered to normal nutrition after treatment of control group(82. 73%),103 cases were back to normal in observation group(93. 64%),with significant difference between two groups(P < 0. 05). The control group after the treatment,the complications occurred in 41 cases(37. 27%),the observation group were occurred in 19 cases(17. 27%),the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition support in patients with severe burn can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,and help to recover as soon as possible.
