二胎孕妇妊娠压力现状及相关因素分析

Analysis of Stress Status and Related Factors of the Second Pregnancy Women

目的了解二胎孕妇妊娠压力,并对其影响因素进行分析,采用科学的方法进行干预,从而缓解二胎孕妇妊娠期压力。方法采用自制一般资料问卷、妊娠压力量表对四川大学华西第二医院517名孕妇进行问卷调查,对资料进行统计分析。结果二胎孕妇存在轻度压力,妊娠压力得分指标为12.35%,其中得分来源最高的为"确保母子安全和健康引发的压力感"。家庭人均收入、付费方式、夫妻关系、以及有无既往病史的二胎孕妇妊娠压力得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二胎孕妇孕期心理问题有待改善。

Objective To understand the pressure of the second pregnancy women,analyze the influencing factors,and intervene with the scientific method so to ease the second pregnancy period.Methods A questionnaire survey of 517 pregnant women in West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University was conducted with the self-made general data questionnaire and the pregnancy stress scale,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results The second pregnant women under mild pressure,pregnancy stress score index was 12.35%,which sourced from the highest score of″to ensure that the pressure caused by the safety and health of mother and child'.Family income per capita,payment method,the relationship between husband and wife,and the past medical history of the second pregnancy women stress score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological problems of the second pregnancy needs to be improved.
