深圳市某区工作场所噪声危害现状调查及噪声作业工人听力分析

Investigation on Status of Occupational Noise Hazards in Factories and Analysis of Occupational Hearing Test Results of Workers Exposed to Noise in a Sub-District Of Shenzhen City

目的调查深圳市某区工作场所噪声的职业危害状况和在岗工人的职业体检结果,为该区制定职业病防治重点提供科学依据。方法随机抽取38家企业进行工作场所噪声检测,以及对其315名噪声作业工人的进行纯音听阈测试,使用SPSS进行统计分析。结果辖区中存在噪声超标点的行业分布从高到低分别为印刷、汽修、珠宝、电子,与职业健康体检结果中出现听力损伤的工人所在行业分布一致。结论应加大对噪声作业尤其是重点行业(印刷、汽修)的监督力度,提高企业和工人的职业病防治意识,定期对企业进行职业病危害因素监测,企业应定期组织职业健康检查,及早发现职业禁忌证和疑似职业病。

Objective To investigate the status of occupational noise hazards in factories in a sub-district of Shenzhen City,and to analyze occupational health examination results of workers exposed to noise and provide a basis for the development of occupational disease prevention strategies.Methods Noise intensities in 38 factories randomly sampled were measured,pure tone audiology was conducted in 323 workers exposed to noise;the results were summarized and analyzed using SPSS.ResultsIn this investigation,industries with over-standard noise points,ranked from high to low levels were as follows:printing,vehicle maintenance,jewelry,electronics,corresponding to the distribution of workers with hearing loss in occupational health examination.ConclusionIt is necessary to strengthen the supervision on noise operation in the printing industry.The awareness of occupational disease prevention should be promoted in industries and workers;monitoring of occupational hazards in factories should be conducted regularly.Industries should organize regular occupational health examination so that occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases can be detected early.
