2011-2015年四川省艾滋病确证实验室交叉督导结果分析

Effects of Cross Supervision of AIDS Confirmation Laboratories in Sichuan Province,2011-2015

目的分析四川省艾滋病确证实验室工作质量,查找影响确证实验室正常运行的危险因素,提高确证实验室质量控制水平,保证市州确证实验室对辖区内初筛实验室管理质量。方法制定交叉督导现场考评表,2011-2015年每年组织专家组对四川省艾滋病确证实验室进行现场考评,采用统计学logistic回归分析2011-2015年确证实验室正常运行的影响因素。结果 2011-2015年分别有24、26、27、29和36家艾滋病确证实验室接受现场考评,分别有11家(45.83%)、18家(69.23%)、21家(77.78%)、17家(58.62%)和25家(69.44%)获得优秀;多因素logistic回归分析发现以下变量是实验室运行质量的影响因素,分别为:硬件管理、抗体检测规范性、外部对照和质控图、试剂耗材管理(P<0.05)。结论2011-2015年四川省艾滋病确证实验室整体运行良好,各实验室能正常的开展工作,基本满足了四川省艾滋病确证检测工作的需要。但仍需在硬件管理、抗体检测规范性、外部对照和质控图和试剂耗材管理等方面加强实验室质量控制水平,为今后四川省艾滋病筛查实验室水平提高和发展提供技术指导。

Objective To analyze the working quality of AIDS confirmation laboratories in Sichuan Province,identify risk factors in normal running of confirmation laboratories and improve the quality control level of confirmation laboratories so as to ensure management quality of confirmation laboratories at the municipal level over preliminary screening laboratories within the administrative regions.Methods Using a cross supervision form,on-site appraisal of AIDS confirmation laboratories in Sichuan Province was conducted by expert panels each year from 2011 to 2015.Factors influencing normal running of confirmation laboratories were analyzed by logistic regression.ResultsFrom 2011 to 2015,24,26,27,29 and 36 confirmation laboratories accepted on-site appraisal,respectively;and 11(45.83%),18(69.23%),21(77.78%),17(58.62%)and 25(69.44%)obtained excellent scores,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the following variables are factors affecting the quality of laboratory operation:hardware management,antibody test compliance,external control and the quality of the control graphs,reagents,and consumable management(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall running status of HIV/AIDS confirmation laboratories in Sichuan Province during 2011-2015 was good,the laboratories could work normally and basically meet the needs of HIV/AIDS confirmatory testing during Sichuan Province.However,it is still necessary to strengthen the hardware management,antibody test compliance,external control and quality control graphs,reagents,consumable management to improve the laboratory quality control level and provide technical guidance for future improvement and development of AIDS screening laboratories in Sichuan province.
