Geohelminthes Infection Among Rural Residents in Pixian County,2012-2015

摘要 目的了解最近4年四川省郫县农村居民土源性线虫的感染情况和相关的影响因素,为制定相关预防控制措施提供科学的依据。方法对郫县农村地区各监测点2012-2015年土源性线虫感染调查资料进行χ2检验、多因素等分析。结果 2012-2015年总计检查4 400人,蛔虫感染率为0.27%,钩虫感染率为1.70%,鞭虫感染率为0.30%,3种线虫的年均总感染率为2.27%。2012-2015年土源性线虫每年的感染率分别为3.71%、3.2%、0.8%和0.8%;2012-2015年3种土源性线虫平均每年总感染率男性为2.28%,女性为2.26%(P>0.05);3~、10~、20~、30~、40~、50~、60~、≥70岁年龄组感染率分别为1.12%、0.55%、1.44%、1.36%、1.65%、2.71%、3.79%和3.2%;农民为2.37%,学生为1.69%,托幼儿童为0(P<0.01)。4年总计做蛲虫检查75人,均为3~12岁的儿童,无人感染蛲虫。结论郫县农村居民土源性线虫总体感染率较低,但是钩虫的感染比较严重。旧式农业地区的居民感染土源性线虫比新式农业地区的居民更容易。 Objective To understand the infection status and related influencing factors of geohelminthes among rural residents in Pixian county,and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods The surveillance data of geohelminthes in Pixian county from 2012 to 2015 were analyzed by chi-square test and multi-variable analysis.Results A total of 4 400 residents were examined,the infection rates of roundworm,hookworm and whipworm was 0.27%,1.70%and 0.30%respectively;and the average annual total infection rate of 3 nematodes was 2.27%.The average infection rates of geohelminthes were 3.71%,3.2%,0.8%,3.2%in 2012 to 2015,respectively.The average annual total infection rate of 3 nematodes during 2012-2015 was 2.28%in men and 2.26%in women(P>0.05);infection rates of 3-,10-,20-,30-,40-,50-,60-,≥70 year old were 1.12%,0.55%,1.44%,0.55%,1.65%,2.71%,3.79% and 2.71%,respectively;the infection rate was 2.37%in farmers,1.69%in students and 0% among children in childcare institutions(P<0.01).75 children aged 3-12 years old were examined,the infection rate of pinworms was 0.Conclusion The general infection rate of geohelminthes among rural residents in Pixian county is low,but the infection of hookworm is serious.Old-style agricultural districts are more susceptible to injection of geohelminthes than new agricultural districts.
