自贡市15岁以上人群高血压现状及相关知识调查

Investigation of Hypertension and Related Knowledge Among People Over 15 Years in Zigong City

目的了解自贡市15岁以上人群高血压的患病现状、高血压患者的治疗控制以及相关知识情况。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取自贡市年龄≥15岁的城乡人群5 545人,开展体格检查和血压测量并开展问卷调查。结果贡市15岁以上人群的高血压患病率为24.04%,高血压知晓率、服药率和控制率分别为42.84%、39.01%和25.43%,多数患者为有助控制血压,采取戒烟、限酒等非药物措施,高血压人群与非高血压人群的高血压相关知识知晓率比较有统计学差异。结论贡市高血压患病率较高,知晓率、服药率、控制率偏低,需要加强健康知识宣传力度,倡导健康生活方式,提高居民自我健康管理的能力,预防控制高血压的发生发展。

Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension,treatment and control of hypertension and related knowledge among people over 15 years old in Zigong city.Methods5 545 urban and rural residents aged 15 year old and above were chosen by multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method,and physical examination was carried out and blood pressures were measured.ResultsIn Zigong city,the mortality rate of hypertension was 24.04%among people aged over 15;the hypertension awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate were 42.84%,39.01% and 25.43% respectively.The majority of patients took smoking cessation,limited alcohol use and other non-pharmacotherapy intervention measures to control blood pressure.There was statistically significant differences between hypertensive and non-hypertensive groups in terms of hypertension related knowledge awareness.ConclusionIn Zigong city,the hypertension mortality rate is at a high level.The awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate are low.It is essential to strengthen the publicity of health knowledge,advocate a healthy way of life and enhance the residentsself health management for prevention of development and progression of hypertension.
