摘要
目的探索社区高血压综合干预模式,并评估其防治效果。方法以2017-01/08在海口市琼山区桂林社区卫生服务中心确诊及建档管理的420例高血压患者为研究对象,2017-08/2018-08采用微信群交流、现场专题讲座和面对面讨论等方式开展健康教育工作,并在健康教育前后调查患者高血压认知水平、服药依从性和行为生活方式等信息。率的比较采用χ~2检验。结果干预前,患者对12项高血压相关知识知晓率均低于60.00%,干预后各知识条目回答正确率均高于80.00%(P<0.05)。与干预前相比,干预后患者吸烟率、饮酒率和过量食盐率等明显降低,主动控制体重、运动锻炼、血压自我监测者占比明显升高(P<0.05)。而且干预后服药依从性明显改善,血压正常或达标者占比升高(P<0.05)。结论社区高血压综合干预模式是高血压防治的有效方法。
Objective To explore the comprehensive community intervention model for hypertension and evaluate its control and prevention effect.Methods There were 420 hypertension patients diagnosed and documented in the health service center of Guilin Community in Qiongshan,Haikou City from January to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects.The health education was conducted through chat group communication in WeChat,on-site lectures and face-to-face discussion.The information such as the awareness of hypertension,medication compliance and behavior and lifestyle was investigated before and after the health education.Results Before intervention,the general awareness rate to 12 items of hypertension-related knowledge was lower than60.00%,the correct rate after intervention was higher than 80.00%(P<0.05).The smoking rate,drinking rate and salt excess rate were decreased significantly after intervention,while the proportions of patients’active weight control,exercising and self-monitoring were significantly increased(P<0.05).Besides,the medication compliance was significantly improved after intervention.The proportion of patients with normal or eligible blood pressure was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention model for hypertension in community is an effective method for control and prevention of hypertension.
