防治艾滋病生活技能对青年学生自愿咨询检测的影响探讨

Effects of Life-skills of AIDS Prevention on VCT Among Young Students

目的调查青年学生的防治艾滋病生活技能,探讨其对自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling and test,VCT)利用率的影响。方法通过整群抽样的方法,抽取大学生和大专生共1 237人。采用问卷收集学生的防艾生活技能、艾滋病相关知识、性行为、VCT利用情况。单因素分析各种因素对VCT利用率的影响;并采用Logistic回归分析,调整混杂因素后,分析防艾生活技能促进VCT利用率的贡献。结果 12.6%的调查对象接受过VCT服务。男生的VCT利用率(14.5%)高于女生(7.3%),独生子女(15.2%)高于非独生子女(10.0%),曾经发生过性行为者(19.8%)高于没有性经历者(11.1%)。除风险识别能力外,青年学生VCT利用率均随着协商能力、拒绝危险能力、寻求帮助能力得分的增高而升高(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析调整混杂因素后,防艾生活技能总分、协商能力、拒绝危险能力和寻求帮助能力促进VCT利用的OR值分别为1.75、1.717、1.893和1.675。结论防艾生活技能可促进青年学生的VCT利用率提升,建议加强青年学生的防艾生活技能培训。

Objective To investigate the life-skills of AIDS prevention among young students and to explore their impact on VCT utilization.Methods A total of 1 237 college students and junior college students were recruited by cluster sampling.The life-skills of AIDS prevention,AIDS related knowledge,sexual behavior and VCT utilization were collected by questionnaire.Univariate analysis was applied in analyzing effects of these variables on the utilization of VCT.Then,Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the contribution of life-skills to promoting the utilization of VCT after adjusting the confounding factors.Results 12.6%of respondents received VCT service.The utilization rate of VCT in male(14.5%)was higher than that in female(7.3%),the only child(15.2%)was higher than that in non-only children(10.0%),and those who had ever had sexual behavior(19.8%)were higher than those who had no sexual experience(11.1%).Except for risk identification ability,the utilization rate of VCT increased with the increase of negotiation ability,refusal of risk ability and seeking help ability(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the OR of life skill score,negotiation ability,refusal to risk ability and seeking help ability were 1.75,1.717,1.893 and 1.675 respectively.Conclusion Life-skills of AIDS prevention can promote the utilization rate of VCT among young students.The training of life-skills of AIDS prevention should be strengthened in young students.
