基于阅读疗法的大学生手机依赖干预研究 被引量:3

An Intervention Study on College Students’ Mobile Phone Dependence Based on Reading Therapy

摘要 目的探索重庆市万州区某高校大学生手机依赖情况,采用阅读疗法对大学生进行手机依赖干预并进行效果评价,为大学生健康教育工作提供参考。方法选取重庆市万州区某高校1 192名大学生作为研究对象,对579名大学生实施3个月的阅读疗法干预,其余的613名大学生作为对照组,采用青少年手机使用依赖自评问卷(Self-rating Questionnaire for Adolescent Problematic Mobile Phone Use,SQAPMPU)对阅读疗法的干预效果进行评估,率的比较采用χ~2检验。结果干预前,1 192名大学生中,手机拥有率为100.0%,无手机依赖为802(67.3%)名,低中度手机依赖为266(22.3%)名,重度手机依赖为124(10.4%)名;干预组无手机依赖为396(68.4%)名,低中度手机依赖为122(21.1%)名,重度手机依赖为61(10.5%)名;对照组无手机依赖为406(66.2%)名,低中度手机依赖为144(23.5%)名,重度手机依赖为63(10.3%)名;两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.008,P=0.604)。干预后,干预组无手机依赖为481(83.1%)名,低中度手机依赖为76(13.1%)名,重度手机依赖为22(3.8%)名;对照组无手机依赖为412(67.2%)名,低中度手机依赖为141(23.0%)名,重度手机依赖为60(9.8%)名;经阅读疗法干预低中度、重度手机依赖情况得到改善(χ~2=41.475,P<0.01),且干预组低中、重度手机依赖均低于对照组(χ~2=24.787、21.978,P<0.01)。结论在高校开展阅读疗法干预手机过分依赖具有一定的针对性和适应性,基于阅读疗法预防与干预大学生手机依赖效果尚可,能够达到良好的健康教育效果,值得借鉴和推广。 Objective To explore the dependence on mobile phone of college students in a university in Wanzhou district,using reading therapy to intervene college students’mobile phone dependence and evaluate the effect,so as to provide reference for the healthy education of college students.Methods A total of 1 192 college students in a university in Wanzhou district were selected randomly as study objectives.Reading therapy intervention was conducted on 579 college students for 3 months,and the remaining 613 college students were served as the control group.The effect of reading therapy was evaluated through Self-rating Questionnaire for Adolescent Problematic Mobile Phone Use(SQAPMPU)Chi-square test was used to compare the rate.Results Before the intervention,the rate of mobile phone ownership was 100.0%in 1 192 college students,802(67.3%)of them showed no dependence on mobile phones,266(22.3%)of them showed low-grade to moderate dependence on mobile phones,124(10.4%)of them showed severe dependence on mobile phones.In the intervention group,there were 396(68.4%)of the students showed no dependence on mobile phone,122(21.1%)of them showed low-grade to moderate dependence on mobile phone,61(10.5%)of them showed severe dependence on mobile phone.In the control group,406(66.2%)of the students showed no dependence on mobile phone,144(23.5%)of them showed low-grade to moderate dependence on mobile phone,63(10.3%)of them showed severe dependence on mobile phone.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before the intervention(χ~2=1.008,P=0.604).After the intervention,there were 481(83.1%)of the students showed no dependence on mobile phone,76(13.1%)of them showed low-grade to moderate dependence on mobile phone,22(3.8%)of them showed severe dependence on mobile phone in intervention group.There were 412(67.2%)of the students showed no dependence on mobile phone,141(23.0%)of them showed low-grade to moderate dependence on mobile phone,60(9.8%)of them showed severe dependence on mobile phone in control group.The moderate and heavy dependence on mobile phone of the students was significantly ameliorate by reading therapy(χ~2=41.475,P<0.01),the moderate and severe dependence degree on mobile phones of students in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(χ~2=24.787,21.978,P<0.01).Conclusion There is certain pertinence and adaptability to carry out reading therapy intervention of depending too much on mobile phone in colleges,the effect of prevention and intervention in college students’dependence on mobile phone based on reading therapy is relatively good,which is able to achieve good health education effect and worthy of reference and promotion.
