胆囊癌的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma

目的探讨胆囊癌的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析26例胆囊癌的CT特征性表现。结果根据胆囊癌的CT表现,将其分为肿块型、腔内结节型、壁厚型、混合型,其中以肿块型最多见。结论CT尤其是螺旋CT对胆囊癌的诊断及分型有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the value of CT scans in the diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods CT findings of 26 patients with gallbladder carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results The study demonstrated that characteristic CT findings of gallbladder carcinoma were found to be following patterns,i.e.massive pattern,intraluminal nodular pattern,thick wall pattern and mixed pattern, of them,massive pattern was the most common.Conclusion CT,especially spiral CT has important value in the diagnosis and preoperative staging of gallbladder carcinoma.
