Study on the Faults Diagnosing Technique for the Food High Temperature Sterilization Process Based on PCA Model

摘要 针对食品高温杀菌这类典型的工业生产过程,运用主元分析(principal component analysis, PCA)模型进行了故障检测与诊断的研究。讨论了基于PCA模型的故障检测与诊断理论的几个主要方面和实现技术,建立了火腿肠高温杀茵锅生产过程的PCA模型,进行了3种典型的生产故障的诊断与分析。结果表明,该方法对过程故障能实现有效的检测与诊断。 In this paper, research of the fault detection and diagnosis was made by principal component analysis (PCA) model in view of the typical industrial producing process of food high temperature sterilization. Several principal aspects of fault detection and diagnose theory and practice technique were discussed based on PCA model. PCA model of producing process for ham sausage high temperature sterilizer was established. The diagnosing results to three typical operating faults showed that the method is effective and available.
