摘要
"校本管理"是我国教育事业发展的客观要求和必然趋势,更是现代学校组织运行机制改革与创新的现实选择。分析了我国目前对"校本管理"的理论研究和推进校本管理实践过程中面临的问题,认为对"校本管理"内涵及意义的认识不够清晰、"校本管理"在推进过程中还存在着盲动性和功利性的趋向、缺乏制度方面的有效保障,为此提出了必须从理论上重新阐明"校本管理",提升管理者的素质,用科学的管理制度来规范、引导和保障"校本管理"的具体实施等对策。
School-based management is not only an objective request and thc inevitable trend of Chinese education, but it is also a realistic choice in the reform and innovation on the operating mechanisms of modern schools. Analysis is made in this paper to the problems about theoretical researches into school-based management and its actual applications. It is held that understanding to the connotations and significance of school-based management is far from clear. Besides, there exist blind and utilitarian trends in its implementation, and there is no effective protection of it as far as system is concerned. In this case, it is proposed hereafter that it is of great necessity to re-clarify the concept of school-based management, upgrade the administrators' qualities and appeal to scientific managing systems to standardize, guide and safeguard its implementation.
