民营企业文化建设刍议

Some Considerations about Private Enterprise's Cultural Construction

分析了我国民营企业文化的现状、民营企业文化的内涵及构成要素,认为我国的民营企业由于受其所有制性质及生存环境的制约,普遍缺乏良好的企业文化,客观上阻碍了其生存和发展。同时指出民营企业文化的塑造应从克服外部不利环境以及强化民企自身素质两方面着手,为此,提出了企业文化建设方面的五项任务:培育积极的企业价值观、企业精神;塑造并传播全新的企业形象;改善管理,建立现代企业制度;打破家族化管理,广纳良才;进行机制创新,提高经营管理效率。
