对培养学生英语自主学习能力的实践与思考

On the Cultivation of Students' Self-study Ability in the Teaching of English

分析了由于长期的应试教育带来学生自主学习的能力较差的状况,结合英语教学实践,提出通过培养学生预习习惯,改变学生对学习英语的态度,引导和教会学生阅读技巧及方法,激发学生阅读兴趣,从而提高他们的阅读速度和阅读理解能力,促进自学能力的提高。

Because of the long time of examination-oriented education, the students are fairly poor in self study. In respect to the practice of English teaching, it is proposed in this paper that the cultivation of their self-study ability should be fulfilled by asking them to form the habit of previewing, changing their attitudes toward English learning, helping them to master necessary reading skills, arousing their interest in reading and improving their speed of reading and reading comprehension.
