试论非智力因素对提高体育教学质量的作用

摘要 学生知识、技能的掌握,是其智力因素和非智力因素共同作用的结果。分析了非智力因素对教学的影响,认为高度重视非智力因素的培养,不仅有益于人才的健康成长,更有利于体育教学质量的不断提高。通过对学生动机、兴趣、意志三方面非智力因素培养的探讨,阐明了重视非智力因素的培养在体育教学中的重要意义。 The students' mastery of knowledge and skills is the result of his intelligent and non-intelligent factors. Analysis is made in this paper on the effect of non-intelligent factors on teaching and learning. It is concluded that emphasis on the fostering of non-intelligent factors can contribute to the healthy growth of talents and the improvement of P. E. teaching quality. Besides, exploration is made hereafter on the fostering of motives, interest, will and other non-intelligent factors to clarify their significance in P. E. teaching.
