摘要
目的探讨高血压病患者的静息心率(RHR)变化及其临床意义。方法 120例高血压病患者分别测定其RHR、血糖、血脂,并作超声心动图检查,进行分组研究。结果高血压病组RHR(78.25±9.12)bpm,显著高于正常对照组(71.11±11.02)bpm(P<0.05),高血压病伴左室肥厚(LVH)RHR高于无LVH和正常对照组(P<0.05);高血压病伴高血糖、高血脂组RHR高于血糖、血脂正常和正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论RHR增加与高血压靶器官损害及高血压病伴代谢异常有明显的正相关。
Objective To investigate the significance of resting heart rate on patients with hypertension. Methods The resting heart rate, blood glucose, blood lipid and echocardiography were examined in 120 cases of essential hypertension. Results The resting heart rate (71.11 ?11. 02)bpm is significantly increased in hypertensive group compared with normotensives. Resting heart rate increased more in hypertension with LVH than hypertension without LVH. The resting heart rate was increased more in high blood glucose group than that in control. Conclusion Resting heart rate may be associated with the target organ injury in patients with hypertension.
