高血压病患者大动脉粥样硬化、内皮功能与白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α关系研究 被引量:2

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ATHEROSCLEROSIS ENDOTHELIAL FUNCTION AND INTER-LEUKIN- 6 TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR - α IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION

摘要 目的 研究高血压病(EH)患者大动脉粥样斑块、内皮功能与白细胞介索6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)的关系。方法 选择109例EH患者,其中男56例,女53例,平均年龄(60.8±6.2)岁。应用B型超声诊断仪对所有病例颈动脉、肱动脉进行扫查,检测颈动脉中层厚度(IMT)及粥样斑块,在静息、反应性充血时对肱动脉内径进行检测。用免疫学方法测定血液中IL-6、TNFα的浓度。结果IL-6、TNFα与IMT呈正相关,粥样斑块组IL-6、TNFα高于非粥样斑块组,P<0.05。加压充血后,肱动脉管径平均扩增率(Flow-MD)IL-6、TNFα呈负相关,相关系数分别是-329、-582,P<0.001。结论高血压病患者血液中IL-6、TNFα浓度增高与动脉细胞功能受损、粥样硬化关系密切。 Objective To study relationship between atherosclerosis, endothelial function and inter-leukin-6 tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF- α) in patients with hypertension. Methods 109 patients with hypertension were selected, 56 male, 53 female, mean age (60. 8 ?.2) years old. B - mode ultrasound was applied to scan carotid, brachial arteries of all patients. The intimae - media thickness and plaque of carotid arteries diameter of brachial arteries during at rest and reactive hyperemia caused by endothelium - dependent dilatation were checked and measured. Interleukin - 6 tumor necrosis factor - α in blood were determined in immunology method. Results . There was positive correlation between IL- 6, TNF - α and IMT. Levels of IL - 6 and TNF - α were higher in groups with plaque than those without plaque(P<0. 05) . There was negative correlation between flow - mediated dilata-tion(Flow - MD% ) and IL - 6, TNF - α. The correlation coefficient were - 0. 329 and - 0. 582, re-spectively(P<0. 001) . Conclusion There is significant correlation between levels of IL- 6, TNF-α in blood and endothelial function, atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension.
